Manchester United’s New Number One.
Manchester United have agreed terms with Inter Milan to complete the signing of Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana for a reported fee of around £50m.

Following a further meeting between United and Onana’s representatives on Sunday, it is understood an agreement was reached for a five-year contract, with the option of a further year. It is reported that Eric Ten Hag had called Onana to affirm him that there will be is no problem with the deal of the Cameroonian goalkeeper to United.

Andre Onana who is 27, will replace long-time number one David de Gea, who left the club last month after 12 seasons, this is due to the fact that Manager Eric Ten Hag wants to revolutionize the way Manchester United play football and Andre Onana seems to be the perfect fit for his philosophy.
Negotiations between the clubs have advanced and an agreement on the fee payment and the ad-ons structure have been completed. Andre Onana will fly into Manchester today to have his medical and join the club pre-season in America on Tuesday.
Manchester United are yet to officially confirm Onana as their new goalkeeper, later today or tomorrow, Andre Onana will be officially a Manchester United player as they leave for the United States.
This move will cause Dean Henderson to leave the club as Nottingham Forest are looking to get in another body in that department, United are set to release the goalkeeper as soon as Andre Onana signs his contract.
